These are available from many sources. They use 312MHz while X-10 uses 310MHz in North America. The frequency can be adjusted with the 2-5pF variable capacitor.

They send 14, 15 and 16 bit codes like the one illustrated below. roZetta™, MR26X, CM15X and X10RF will support these devices.
